What happens if you can’t make it on the day due to an emergency?

I recommend booking as soon as you know your date because each wedding is a unique story I’m excited to be a part of. I limit the number of weddings I take on each year to ensure I give each couple the dedication and time they deserve. Locking in your date early helps make sure I can be there for you along your wedding planning process with all things photo related that will make your wedding uniquely yours.

How far in advance should we book you for our wedding?

Yes, I carefully hand-edit each photo to bring out its best while keeping it authentic. My edits focus on enhancing natural light, true-to-life colors, and details, rather than over-processing, so your photos look timeless and true to the day. For more advanced retouching requests, like extensive skin smoothing, background adjustments, or other specialized edits, I'm happy to offer those for an additional fee. This way, I can ensure that every photo meets your vision while maintaining the quality and care your memories deserve.

Will you retouch our photos?

I know how exciting it is to relive those memories! I generally deliver your full gallery within 6-8 weeks, but I send a sneak peek within a week so you can immediately revisit some of those magical moments. I pour my heart into every photo to ensure each one is perfectly crafted, so the wait is just enough to let the memories settle but not too long to keep you waiting.

When can we expect to see our wedding photos?

Your memories mean A LOT to me, so I take great care to back them up multiple times. After your wedding (before I go to sleep that night), I store your photos on a primary hard drive, a secondary external drive, and a secure cloud backup. I want you to have peace of mind knowing your precious moments are safe no matter what, because preserving them for you is as important to me as capturing them in the first place.

How are our photos stored and backed up?

Yes, absolutely—I carry general liability up to two million as well as equipment insurance to ensure that everything is covered. I can provide a COI (Certificate of Insurance) upon request and will be more than happy to coordinate directly with your venue to make sure all the paperwork is in order before your big day. Weddings are filled with irreplaceable moments, and I want you to feel confident and secure knowing that I take every precaution to protect your day. Having insurance isn’t just a business requirement; it’s a way to show my commitment to professionalism and to giving you peace of mind.

Do you have insurance or can provide a COI?

Of course! I would love to get to know you both and hear your story, whether it's a video call or a local coffee date. Your wedding day is so personal, and I fully believe connecting with your photographer should feel natural and comfortable. A conversation helps us see if we’re the perfect fit, and it’s a wonderful way to start building the trust that lets me capture your love most meaningfully.

Can we meet before we decide to book?

Yes, I do, and there’s something so special about seeing your photos come to life in a tangible form! I work with professional labs to create beautiful, high-quality albums and prints that bring your love story to life in a way screens just can’t match. These are memories that deserve to be held, shared, and passed down, and I’m here to help make that happen.

Do you offer albums and prints?

Absolutely! I love capturing love stories in new places, and I’m more than willing to travel to be a part of your big day. Some locations, both in the US and abroad, are especially meaningful or inspiring to me, and for weddings in those places, I’d even waive my travel fee. Whether your wedding is close to home or in a distant location that holds special meaning for you, I’m ready to bring my full heart, camera in hand, to document every moment. Each setting brings its own magic to a story, and I’d be honored to capture that for you.

Will you travel for our destination wedding?

Honestly, every wedding is different, and each moment holds its own magic. But if I had to choose, it’s those little in-between moments—the glance between you two right before the ceremony, the quiet moments when you’re just soaking it all in, and the laughter of friends and family as they celebrate with you. Those are the memories I love to capture, and it’s a true honor to witness and preserve those once-in-a-lifetime moments for you.
