Your day is so important to me that I have trusted photographers with a similar style who can step in if the unexpected happens. I’ll still handle all the editing so your final images reflect my vision and commitment—and thankfully, I’ve never had to use this backup plan (knock on wood).

What happens if you can’t make it on the day due to an emergency?

I recommend booking as soon as you know your date. I limit the number of weddings I take on each year to ensure I give each couple the dedication and time they deserve. Locking in your date early helps make sure I can be there for you along your wedding planning process with all things photo related that will make your wedding uniquely yours.

How far in advance should we book you for our wedding?

Yes, I carefully hand-edit each photo to enhance natural light, true-to-life colors, and details, never over-processed, so your images feel timeless and true to the day. For more advanced retouching, like extensive skin smoothing or background adjustments, I offer those as an additional service to ensure your photos match your vision while maintaining the quality.

Will you retouch our photos?

I know how exciting it is to relive those memories! I deliver your full gallery within 6-8 weeks, but I send a sneak peek within a week so you can immediately revisit some of those magical moments. I pour my heart into every photo to ensure each one is perfectly crafted, so the wait is just enough to let the memories settle but not too long to keep you waiting.

When can we expect to see our wedding photos?

Your memories mean A LOT to me, so I take great care to back up your photos immediately the same night to multiple drives and the cloud so your memories are always safe. This way, YOU AND I can feel confident knowing your moments are safe and preserved with the same care I put into capturing them.

How are our photos stored and backed up?

Yes, absolutely. I carry general liability up to two million and full equipment coverage. I can provide a COI upon request and will coordinate with your venue to handle the paperwork.

Do you have insurance or can provide a COI?

Of course! I would love to get to know you both and hear your story, whether it's a video call or a local coffee date. Your wedding day is so personal, and I fully believe connecting with your photographer should feel natural and comfortable. A conversation helps us see if we’re the perfect fit, and it’s a wonderful way to start building the trust that lets me capture your love most meaningfully.

Can we meet before we decide to book?

Yes, I do, and there’s something so special about seeing your photos come to life in a tangible form! I work with professional labs to create beautiful, high-quality albums and prints that bring your love story to life in a way screens just can’t match. These are memories that deserve to be held, shared, and passed down, and I’m here to help make that happen.

Do you offer albums and prints?

Absolutely! I love capturing love stories in new places and am more than happy to travel for your big day. Some destinations, in the US and abroad, are especially meaningful to me so much so that I’ll even waive my travel fee. Whether close to home or somewhere far that holds significance for you, I’m ready to document every moment. Each setting brings its own magic, and I’d be honored to capture that for you.

Will you travel for our destination wedding?

Honestly, every wedding is different, and each moment holds its own magic. But if I had to choose, it’s those little in-between moments like the glance between you two right before the ceremony, the quiet moments when you’re just soaking it all in, and the laughter of friends and family as they celebrate with you. Those are the memories I love to capture, and it’s a true honor to witness and preserve those once-in-a-lifetime moments for you.
